Prices are subject to change at the discretion of Pineapple Car Service LLC; all such changes will be reflected on https://www.aboutcar.site  “Website” and via the iPhone App “Portals.”

 

Payment Terms

 

In the event of a declined card payment, Pineapple Car Service LLC reserves the right to request the customer to arrange an alternative payment method for the products provided promptly. If the customer's credit card is declined, Pineapple Car Service LLC will initiate a collection process after 24 hours.

 

Please note that all sales of Gift Cards/Credits are final, and no refunds are available after purchase.

 

 

Products Availability

 

All orders for products are subject to availability, and in this regard, in the event of supply difficulties or because products are no longer available, we reserve the right to give you information about substitute products or services of an equal or higher quality that you can order. If you do not wish to order such substitutes, we will refund any money you might have paid.

 

About Car.

Products offered through the website and/or the Mobile App are only available for delivery to residents of the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). At this time, we are unable to deliver to APO (Army Post Address) and US territories.

 

Refusal of Order

 

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the Website or Mobile App at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on the Website or Mobile App. While we will make reasonable efforts to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that may require us to refuse to process an order after we have sent you an Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order at any time, at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the Website or Mobile App, whether it has been sold or not, removing or editing any materials or contents on the Website or Mobile App, or for refusing to process or accept an order after we have sent you the Order Confirmation.

About Car. Unable to Deliver

 

If we are unable to deliver, we will try to find a safe, secure place to leave your parcel.  If we cannot find a safe and secure place, your products will be returned to our depot.  We will leave a note explaining where your parcel is and how you can rearrange delivery.  If you are not at the delivery location at the time agreed, please contact us again to rearrange delivery for another mutually convenient day.  However, we might have to charge you for the storage and redelivery of the products.

 

Risk and Title

The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges, or upon delivery, whichever event occurs later in time.

 

Buying Goods as a Guest

 

The functionality of buying goods as a guest is also available on the website. Under this type of purchase, only such data that are essential to process your order will be requested from you. Upon completion of the purchase process, you will be offered the possibility of registering as a user or continuing as a non-registered user.

 

Reward Policy

 

Pineapple Car Service LLC introduces a reward program that allows you to earn points and credits redeemable for Pineapple Car Service LLC. The customer agrees to follow the reward program policy.

Returns Policy

 

About Car.

All purchases can be returned within 30 days from the order date and must be in unopened packaging. It must be returned to our original shipping address.

 

Alteration fees and shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fee.

 

We will provide a refund for any product that does not meet your satisfaction when returned to us, must along with its original packaging, within 14 calendar days from the date of the Shipment Confirmation.

 

 

Returns of Defective Products

In circumstances where you consider that the product is defective, you should promptly contact us via the email address provided on our "Contact Us" webpage with details of the product and its damage.

 

We will fully examine the returned product and will notify you of your right to a replacement or refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.  We will usually process the refund or replacement as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund or replacement of the defective product. If any defect exists, defective products will be refunded in full, excluding shipping charges.
